To ensure that your shopping experience is as smooth and efficient as possible, we have compiled a list of frequently asked questions related to our shipping policies. Our goal is to provide you with comprehensive information that will assist you in making informed decisions about your purchase.

Do you offer international shipping?

At present, we only ship within Australia and specific areas of New Zealand. We encourage you to revisit our shipping policies periodically, as we may expand our services to include international destinations in due course.

Why am I being charged for shipping when you advertise free shipping?

While we do offer free shipping to most areas, certain remote locations or areas with high shipping costs may require us to offer subsidised shipping. In these cases, we cover the majority of the shipping fee and only charge a percentage of the fee to our customers.

I made a purchase but have not received confirmation that the product has been shipped.

It is possible that the item is in pre-order status, so we kindly ask that you check the listing to confirm. If you have further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. Additionally, please ensure that your email and delivery details were entered correctly.

Is it possible to have my product delivered by express delivery?

If you require express delivery, kindly contact our customer service center. Please note that any additional shipping fees associated with this service will be at your expense.

Can I change my shipping address while it's in transit?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to modify your shipping destination once it is en route.

Can you ship to a PO Box?

We can deliver to PO Boxes via Australia Post, with some exceptions, provided that the items are eligible for such delivery.

Note: products weighing less than 22kg and measuring less than 1 meter in length can be delivered to PO Box addresses. For larger items, please provide a correct physical address during checkout.

How soon do you dispatch items?

Once your payment has been processed, we aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours.

What is your expected delivery time frame?

Delivery times may vary. Generally, please allow approximately 3-10 business days for the product to arrive depending on your location.
